*Set up sales plan in order to archive sales target required by the company, detailing sales action plan to ensure that the targets will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

* Will be responsible for hardcore sales job; which includes fixing appointments, site visits, client home visits (for home presentation, corporate company presentations, data management.)

* Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills, hard-working and sincere. Must have a pleasing personality and high energy levels. Should be highly dedicated and motivated towards work.

*Strong client relationship management and development aptitude
